today was one of those days.
a day that was challenging. a day that was spent away from home...for too many hours. in an environment of awkward unsettling. of disorder. of waiting.
a day that made me long to just be back in the comfort of our four walls.
a day that, in the end, made me crave for my 'real home'.
my home with indescribable comforts. with sheer peace that can pierce any situation. with joy that can fill, no cover, the whole earth in a blanket of contentment.
oh, how i long for the pure essence of home some days.
Lord, may i fall back into your longing embrace. fall back into your waiting. into your desired presence as i long for home. as i long for you.
