if you see me anytime soon, no, i'm not wearing a new thick red necklace. or a new red scarf. or anything around my neck for that matter. just one crispy, tender, ouchy, redish-purple sunburn wrapped perfectly around. darn those v-neck shirts and sitting on the same park bench for two hours straight with the sun beating down at my back. two days in a row. you know how getting a lot of sun seems to make you extra sleepy? no? is that just me...well, anyway, i think it finally made me sleep last night. a start to catching up to my much-needed zzz's.
we've been more than soaking it in for the last few days. we've been quite literally tattooing ourselves with the sun. putting it into a storehouse of sorts for when the rain comes later this week. or something like that. it has been wonderful! today's play date is indoors...which for us, is probably a good thing.
i have a few more pictures to post once i get them uploaded to my computer. anyone want to see one of the cutest baby boys ev-er?! we met our newest, sweet little chubkins of a nephew the other night. i couldn't stop staring. and holding. i think i hogged him most the night and am not sorry about it! *wink
