last night's moon was captivating. as we drove home late {again}, i couldn't help but gaze at the stretched beams as they fell brilliantly to the grass fields. it looked like a giant spotlight in the sky, demanding an audience. owning the sky as its stage. the drama it created against the blackened night was a perfect setup for good friday.
my prayer today is that my heart will focus on the sacrifice of our Savior, the magnitude of His grace and the wonder of His beautiful creation for which He died.
