my parents just left our place and are headed back tomorrow morning for their hometown at 5 am. we are officially "on our own". and i'm more than a bit sad.
we filled our living room with tears during prayer and a pile of kleenex left on our coffee table. i think the longest i haven't seen my mom is about two months. we already have plans for her to be back in october for two weeks...you better believe i'll be counting! *wink
mom and dad, we can't even put into words what your love, support and help has done for this transition period for our family. you've helped build a solid foundation that we can stand firm on. we know that you will continue to pray for us and we covet each individual word said so that we can bring Him honor and glory. we love you, we love you, we love you. and thank you!
tonight is just going to be hard. and maybe tomorrow. and maybe just this next whole week.
