normally, i am not a reality tv kind of gal. i mean, come on. how is thaaat like reality? really? but when it comes to american idol, i can't seem to pull away. i think you either love it or can't stand the obnoxious judges and ill-tempered talent of some people from the other side of the tracks. with that said, let's talk american idol. after all, tonight was the season premiere. finally!
first of all, i don't even want to discuss "bikini girl" so please be advised that i'm not even going to go there (with a snap of my finger and flip of my wrist).
the biggest deepest voice i've ever heard came from a guy with also one of the most contagious laughs i've ever heard. let's just call him steve. the poor guy never had a chance because his voice is so deep he can't find a pitch. didn't seem to bother him one bit.
emotional rock star randy was just...different. and emotional. did i mention that already? oh, sorry, it was "a rock star in a box".
i liked the bluesy tone of the blond bartender. the confident rock star chick in the beginning. and arianna? i think that was the name of the "cute as a button" sixteen year old. with only twenty seven moving on to hollywood from arizona, this could be a long season.
who tickled your fancy?
The rock star girl in the 1st part of the show really caught my attention! I was bobbing my head when she sung:) What did you think about the new judge? im kinda mixed with opinions on that one.
