so these are extremely late in coming. i wanted to capture what our bedroom means to us and the relaxing atmosphere it brings. if you don't recall, we did our bedroom makeover in early march (i believe?) with the help of my dad's mad painting skills. with only a limited time left to enjoy it's presence, i took some pictures to take with me.
white french doors enclose this place of peace. antique, circa early 1900's, doorknobs are affixed to these doors to add to the charm and character. did i mention i desperately want to take these with me? i will miss the coolness of the dark stained hardwood floors in the early mornings. the murmur of the fan as it makes its nightly cycle. the wall-to-wall windows. the mornings spent in bed together as a family. laughing. giggling. snuggling. these are the words behind the memories i will take with me. long after we're gone.
