hasta luego for now

i've been thinking about my eldest brother lately, and his little adorable family. he had to say "hasta luego, chow" for awhile as daniela took kruse to her home town of costa rica for two months. her mom came to the states to help 'escort' her with baby and needed supplies. josh has to work, of course, but will be able to join them in a month. so, to be without his little babushkas for a whole thirty days can in no way be easy.

they came to visit us this past weekend for the day on saturday. one of the many things i love about the women in my family is that they just have to visit world market while they are in town. one of my favorite shopping hot spots, for sure. it was great to be able to snuggle kruse before he left and capture daniela's beautiful smile in pictures. here's a few from our fun day together.
know that i'm praying for you, brudder, as you come home to an empty house. i will see you next week and we might just have to take your sad heart to red robin. cajun clucks anyone? love you!

and to kika and kruse, have a fabulous time soaking in the costa rican sun and smells of a beautiful, unforgettable country. we will miss you. see you on the other side of 59 days. love you, too!
