life, everyday {week twenty five}.

{12.04.09} friday: build-a-bear is pretty much the coolest experience. i...i mean, jess' wants to go back v-e-r-y soon. aren't they just too stinkin' cute? jessa named her pony jessica because it sounds like jessa. the girlie girls eagerly joined in the ritual song and dance parading through the store and had the best time! happy birthday miss lizzy!
{12.05.09} saturday: you should have seen her face when daddy asked if he could color with her. i can still see a glimpse of her shy excitement hiding behind her half smile. i love that she treasures her joys with such pride, enjoying her passions to the fullest.
{12.06.09} sunday: here's my almost-five-year-old looking about eight to me. she needs to just stop it. this is one of those pictures that i can get a peek into what she may look like a few years down the road {those kind always scare me just a bit}. it's only appropriate with how grown up she was feeling with her very own special christmas mug of hot cocoa.
{12.07.09} monday: daddy's been doing a fantastic job of making his little girls feel special. this morning he has prepared them a famous daddy-waffle-breakfast. complete with taking their order and candlelight.
{12.08.09} tuesday: what's more fun then sharing my hobby with my wee little toddlers? umm, not much. at tuesday's playdate, we stayed busy making little friendship cards with sparkly foam snowmen.
{12.09.09} wednesday: there she is again. trying to be all grown up. i'm thinking my sweater looks HUGE on her! that's because it is, but holy moses...am i really THAT big? maybe she's just really THAT little. but cah-ute nonetheless. *wink
{12.10.09} thursday: oh my goodness...she's just hilarious. her shirt was stuck on her head and she was making her forehead crinkle with each little giggle. it fell over her eyes and she just sat there. she probably knew mommy wanted to snap a quick one before saving her.
