the addictive powers of the internet.

first it was blogging. then picnik {and costco photo center}. then craigslist. then facebook. and then twitter. where do i even have the time to attempt picking all of these nasty habits up? blogging has been a creative way to keep our everyday life as a family documented. picnik has been a pixel-heaven of endless opportunity to edit our pictures. craigslist is just evil - and has actually kicked the bucket in my time giving. facebook has been fabulous to keep in touch with my family all over the world and twitter...well, with such a nice ring to it...has finally found the time to pierce my heart with its newly addictive powers. i started my account months ago, actually, but never dove into it with as much enthusiasm as i did my blog. but now, with capabilities of being part of my blog...watch out, the beast will be unleashed. you should try it. no, really...it's fun. for now you can follow me in my sidebar for thoughts of pure genius...err, complete randomness.

the hubby just got home from a dental cleaning (yippee) and is trying to send me to bed. i have been hacking up a lung (lovely, i know) for the last couple of days. my cold got worse last night on our date (even more lovely and romantic) with a fever and compressed head. i really despise the feeling of my temples being squeezed between two vices. so...with the girls napping and a good hubby to hold down the fort, i might just take him up on his offer.
