you thought i was totally kidding about making a costco trip a date, didn't you? umm, nope. serious as if my hubby took me there on his own, i would basically be thinking he was telling me he wanted to marry me all over again. true story. i heart costco.
aaaand did you know that you can buy five $20 starbucks cards for $79.99? so true. and there's not even tax. makes great gifts or if you're like me, you'll just greedily hoard them all to yourself. muah haha. thanks mama k for the tip.
now for some funny moments brought to you by the letter j. sponsored by jessa:
this morning as she hopped up into bed with me to say good morning, she asked me if i was five or one (as in, years old). i told her "nope, i'm twenty seven years old." her jaw dropped, her eyes popped out of their sockets and she fake fainted on the bed, falling straight over backwards. she was shocked, to say the least. she jumped up and asked, "you woke up twenty seven years old? whoa!" sometimes, that's exactly the way it feels.
in the store parking lot, i asked her if she thought the rain hitting the car roof was soothing. she responded, "the rain is snoozing?"
i hope you are all having a warm and cozy day in the midst of gloomy weather. blessings to you!
so i found this super cool 10-year once-a-day journal online & thought of you...what a perfect place to record all those little "crazy" sayings that she has right now (that make me crack up)...
