a tiny visitor

it was such a lovely surprise to have this tiny visitor show up this weekend. he brought his parents too...which was just as wonderful! he has gotten so big since we've seen him. bigger than miley at over 11 lbs. and a whopping 23 in. long! that little face is just perfection! here's kruse at 6 weeks old:we had a great weekend together...doing nothing really. just being with eachother and letting the babies hang out together. had dinner out saturday night, after jacob and i attended a wedding and then made tacos on sunday afternoon. i think it's safe to say jessa is finally feeling better. her mood totally shows for it. she was super grouchy for about two good weeks...which makes for a grouchy mommy at times too. but this picture shows life and light back in her eyes! something i've totally missed...little miley might be coming down with something herself. i was hoping she was out of the clear since it has been so long. she woke up this morning with a small cough and it kind of came back this evening. she was up every hour last night, which is not like her at all! and pretty fussy today. when she has her binks in her mouth, we can hear somewhat of congestion in her nose/throat. i just pray her little chest stays healthy. teeny tiny babies getting sick is not fun! but here she is cute as a bug with beautiful auntie kika!our evening ended with jacob and i, popsicles in hand rocking on the porch. popsicles on the porch is always a good ending to any day!
